  • This form should be used by module leaders to submit a suspected case of academic misconduct to the Academic Integrity Panel. If you are part of the module marking team, or a student that has suspicions about the misconduct of one of your peers, please direct these concerns to the module leader, to ensure that a thorough initial consideration of the evidence is completed.

    Prior to submitting this form, please note that you will need to provide the following information:

    1. Information on the nature of the alleged misconduct.

    2. Any supporting evidence with a corresponding explanation of how it substantiates the allegation. 

    3. An initial assessment of the likely level of intent.

    4. An initial assessment of the likely magnitude of the scale.

    Allegations assessed as low in their intent and impact may be referred back to the module team for immediate action, in line with Section eleven of the Policy on Follow-up actions.
