  • Getting support is just a first step and does not start a formal complaints process - the choice for this will always remain with you and a member of our Safeguarding Team can talk you through your reporting options.

    Any information you provide will remain confidential unless we have a serious and immediate concern for your safety or welfare. Where we identify a potential risk to other members of our community in relation to your report, they may take follow-up action under their legal duty of care to minimise any risk to others.
